Ancient farmhouse with a beautiful view of San Gimignano and the famous vineyards of this area.
Over the years this ancient farmhouse has been a private home and for about 20 years it is a comfortable Bed & Breakfast but it is possible to transform it again into a property for private use.
The property maintains the typical characteristics of Tuscan architecture, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and ancient oaks, all in a panoramic position overlooking the medieval village of San Gimignano, an ideal place to spend holidays in contact with nature.
The property was completely renovated at the beginning of the 90s and every year the current owners carry out very accurate maintenance of the property in order to make it always in step with the times. The property consists of two buildings, the main house of about 400 square meters developed on two floors where on the ground floor there is a bar area and a large living area where we can have breakfast – lunches and dinners. From this area there are accesses to the beautiful terrace and the garden from which we can enjoy the splendid view of San Gimignano and the surrounding vineyards. On the ground floor there are also two small apartments and a single room with private bathroom. On the first floor there are 7 double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The other building is about 100 square meters where there are two double bedrooms with bathroom and a laundry area.
The garden surrounding the villa is about 5,000 square meters where we find a relaxation area and a beautiful swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and shady areas thanks to the vegetation.
The particular position of the villa situated on a hill completely surrounded by Tuscan nature is only 4 km from the village of San Gimignano and makes it an enchanting place for those who want to spend time in the peace of the tuscan countryside.
